I have taken a new interest in certain types of glassware since I started collecting marbles. Well, many of the marble companies also did glassware of different types like ash trays, vases, lamps, ashtray stands, planters and figurines too. I don't want to collect it all, but I like the way Akro looks.

I just picked it up today at an estate sale. I have been looking for marble related glass at all sales I go to, but never find any.
      The rim measures 6 x 3 1/2" Height 2 1/2" base 5 3/8" x 2 3/4"
      Marked "MADE IN U.S.A.
No chips, just old masking tape on the bottom

It is marked on the botton with the shape of the crow.

Does anyone else find this type of glass? I want to find ashtrays and

old gear shift knobs used in cars and trucks.

The shift knobs are kinda hard to find and well..if you didn't know what it was, you might not notice one. Picture a round shift knob made of this glass with the same type of swirly patterns. They also made knecker knobs or "suicide knobs", that went on the steering wheel to make turning those big old wheels easier with one hand.
