This oak swivel desk chair  is extremely ornate. Bearing an intricate pattern of carvings at the top and bottom of the chair back and turned spindles above a nicely finished seat, it moves on double cast iron rollers. Rare piece of railroad history-Few made-1939 Union Pacific Railroad map-Measures 62" by 40" Color Map of the Union Pacific Railroad. Made of a primitive plastic type material, not paper, washable and will last unlike paper maps. Map is an accurate depiction of the United States Issue by the Union Pacific Railroad Company. Map contains metal borders, top and bottom with metal loops for hanging. Some edgewear, two minor small tears at the top and side. It is in great condition.  Due to it being so large, I would have to ship by UPS in special cardboard to insure a safe return. Great collector's piece, will only go up in value if cared for.
