17 rare real photos of American World War I railroad workshop and prisoner of war camp in Nevers, France. Built by Company D, 33rd Engineers, American Expeditionary Forces in July 1918. Photos are 1918 by famed French photographer, Pierre Premery. 10 of the 17 are signed by Premery but all 17 are likely by him. Excellent condition. 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" each.
