I especially like the map inside the covers so you can look up the country or orgin you are cooking. I noticed that the name for each recipe is given in the local country as well as in English and I think this is an especially nice detail. Vintage Betty Crocker Cookbook New and Revised Edition Three ring binder notebook type hard cover cookbook. Copy write 1978, 1969 and printed 1983 and is the 8th printing. Like New Condition. This is a wonderful old cookbook in like new condition. 400 pages of American recipes. All tested and tried. A favorite cookbook of just about every women in America that has ever cooked anything. Has delighted cook and chefs for generations. The Betty Crocker cookbooks are now very collectible and cherished by many. This is the only copy I have. It's in wonderful like new condition. The cover has no bumped corners, clean, no food spills, no writing, no marks and still has the coveted little plastic hole punched dividers in the front and back. It's quite obvious that whoever had this cookbook never used it. In fact it must have been in a closet somewhere to retain this condition. Original first edition of the Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office, Vol LXXVIII, covering the period Jan 5, 1897 to Mar 30, 1897 inclusive. Huge volume. Original full leather binding. Stamps indicate it was first owned by the Library of the Navy Department, then by Colorado College, Colorado Springs. All pages very good, cover has normal wear for its age. Rare.
