Red Wing Marigold whipping cream bowl

Does anyone know the value of this whipping cream bowl?

It says "Marigold" on both sides. It also says "Whipping Cream Bowl" on one side and "For Best Results Have Utensils Cold."

I found this image on the internet.

Marigold Dairy was in Rochester, MN.  The bowls were made by Red Wing in Red Wing, MN.  My dad worked for Marigold and my mom has one of these bowls.  They also have a special hand whipper that came with them for whipping cream. It is called a "Whippet."  There are not too many of these bowls around.  According to my mother, they weren't sold.  The delivery men were given them to demo whipping cream to their customers.  A couple of years ago, they were selling for around $200 in the Rochester and Red Wing area if they were in perfect condition.

There was a recent sale (11/2011) online on which a slightly damaged (one chip and some wear) Red Wing for Marigold cream mixing bowl sold for $30.00. There were original ones produced in the 1930's for Marigold (likely a Dairy), but there were reproductions in the 1950's.  The one that sold for $30 was noted as being of the 1950's variety, though in looking through the pictures I believe it was an older piece.  That said, a mint condition 1930's version should sell for $60-$80, and a 1950's one for $25-$50.

This is a bowl made for Red Wing for the Marigold Company, although I did not find out anything about the company. This should sell in the $60 to $100.00 range. If there are chips or heavy use, look for it to bring about half of that.
