Valery Artist's Proof

Artist's Proof pre-1910, signed in pencil Victor Valery and numbered 22/300.  Subject is Paris St Severin Church.

I have done some research and have an idea of what it might be worth but would like more input.  Thanks!

Victor Valery (1889-1910) is a listed French artist that is rumoured to have had great potential had his life not been so short. He is known for his Parisian street scenes, and though most of his limited colorized etchings are signed (there really weren't many reprints produced), very few pieces had considerations such as being an original or artist proof. Standard pencil-signed pieces in the 7"x 9" (art only-not the frame) range sell for $50-$100, and there have been a couple artist proof versions of the same size that sold for $250 & $300 (plus buyer's premiums).
